Privacy Policy
How PaydayLV collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal and financial information. Last updated: [DATE].
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to PaydayLV ("we," "us"), [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], located at 947 E. Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89104, and to the website paydaylv.com. PaydayLV is a loan-connecting service, not a lender; lenders in our network are licensed by the Nevada Financial Institutions Division.
2. Information we collect
When you apply for a loan or use this site, we may collect:
- Identity information: name, date of birth, Social Security number, government ID details, address, phone, email.
- Financial information: employment and income details, bank account and routing numbers, loan history relevant to Nevada's statewide loan database.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and cookies as described in Section 6.
3. How we use your information
- To collect and transmit your application to lenders in our network, who perform identity and income verification and the ability-to-repay determination required by Nevada law.
- To enable your lender to perform the check of Nevada's statewide loan database required under NRS 604A before any loan is made.
- To operate this website, respond to your inquiries, and maintain records of applications we transmit.
- To comply with legal obligations, including licensing, examination, record-keeping, and anti-fraud requirements.
- To improve this website and, where permitted, to send you information about our services. You may opt out of marketing at any time.
4. How we share your information
Sharing with lenders is the core of our service. When you submit an application, we transmit it to lenders in our network so they can decide whether to offer you a loan. We also share information:
- With service providers who help us operate — including our application processing provider, identity/income verification services, banks, and payment processors — under contracts limiting their use of your data.
- With Nevada's statewide loan database operator, as required by state law.
- With regulators, courts, and law enforcement when required by law.
- In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.
Lenders that receive your application may retain it under their own privacy policies even if you do not accept a loan. Once you are matched, your lender's privacy policy governs its use of your information — request it from your lender or find it on the lender's website. Our application platform provider [NAME PROVIDER] also receives the information you enter in the form, under its own privacy policy. [COUNSEL: confirm whether transfers to network lenders constitute a "sale" under NRS 603A and applicable state privacy laws, and adjust Sections 4 and 8 accordingly.]
5. Federal privacy notice (GLBA)
As a financial institution, we provide a separate privacy notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act describing your rights to limit certain sharing. You receive it when you become a customer and annually as required. Request a copy anytime at info@paydaylv.com.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses essential cookies to function and [ANALYTICS TOOL, e.g., Google Analytics] to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our application form is provided by a third-party processor and loads from its own domain; information you enter in the form is transmitted directly to that processor over an encrypted connection.
7. Security and retention
We protect your information with TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring, and we retain records for the periods required by Nevada licensing law and federal regulations, after which they are securely destroyed. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
